Our Project Tracking System
Heirloom Design Build uses HouseChronicle.com, an internet-based documenting system, which allows you to track the progress of your home project.
Once you get started, you will be able to follow the progress online through this system, through an online secured website link located on the upper right corner of our homepage. You will be assigned a user name and choose a unique password to gain access to the system.
On this system, we will upload current and archived design plans, construction progress reports and photographs, accounting information and warranty information. As the database is updated, emails will go out to everyone associated with the project to let them know the archive has been added to. Also, there is a communication blog associated with your specific project so a team can communicate via HouseChronicle.com instead of email. The reason is to keep a clear record of communications so that everyone on the team is copied on vital information. As someone posts on the communications blog, you will be notified via email. This communications blog is saved into your final archived records on HouseChronicle.com.
At the end of the project, this information is then archived and can be accessed anytime by you, with your lifetime membership to HouseChronicle.com. In addition, you can transfer this membership on to future home owners at your address, so that they will be able to have access to this valuable information. Also, every future project Heirloom Design Build performs for you, whether it is a small project or a renovation, etc. will also be listed under your account at HouseChronicle.com.
