Efficient, Highly Recommend Heirloom Design Build
After a tree fell on our house earlier this year, I looked to Heirloom Design Build to repair the damage to our roof and fencing. The owner, Dave Radlmann, handled the quote personally and was at our house the same afternoon for a quote. He worked well with our insurance company and got the quote done quickly and accurately and had his workers out the next day to complete the work. The work was efficient and of quality and the team worked cleanly and courteously. Wold highly recommend Heirloom Deisgn Build to anyone for your home repair and renovation, no matter how large or small the job.

High Level of Expertise and Trustworthiness
I used Heirloom for a full renovation of an investment property. Heirloom provided the expertise I needed to get the job done right and on budget.
The property was in extremely poor condition, but the Heirloom team was able to successfully tackle each hurdle we found along the way providing me an incredible property. I have used Heirloom on projects since and plan to continue using them in the future. The level of expertise and competency they bring to a job as well as the trustworthiness is like no other that I have found.

Communicative, Helpful and Practical
Why is it that when you tell people you are going to renovate your home, they invariably seek to tell you about not only their own personal renovation hell, but also that of their neighbors, cousins and co-workers? Renovating can be scary, expensive, emotional and draining, so perhaps it’s no wonder that the mention of it often evokes these therapy couch responses. Given that my husband I had heard many such stories prior to renovating a turn of the century Victorian cottage, we thought we had a 50/50 chance of having our own nightmarish contractor story to tell at the end. Thankfully, we don’t have a tale of woe at all but a beautiful house achieved through the thoughtful preparation, work and collaboration with our builder, Dave Radlmann at Heirloom.
From the beginning, Dave was clear and communicative about the design, the budget and how we would approach the project as a team. He asked for and actually listened to our ideas and helped us understand what was feasible or out of our range. We were dedicated to the idea of keeping as much of the original design of the house as possible and the team at Heirloom helped us meet that goal wherever we could. We appreciated the practical approach to helping us achieve a beautiful, quality home in a manner that we could afford. I will call on Heirloom’s services again and encourage others to do the same.
Beauty, Efficiency, and an Eye for Design
When my husband and I decided to renovate our bathrooms this past year, we wanted a design company with established work in the neighborhood that we could appreciate. After viewing a major renovation in Candler Park, my husband called David Radlmann, and after one meeting we were convinced that he and Heirloom were perfect for the job. Dave is able to maximize space, which is so important in these small neighborhood homes—he rearranged our upstairs bathroom, doubling the size of our shower without cutting any cabinet space. Beyond that, he has a great eye for design. He was able to transform our small bathrooms into bright spaces that function both beautifully and efficiently, while maintaining our house’s footprint. David is very attentive to the details, and responds immediately to concerns—often he’s the one who points out problems and has them fixed in a timely fashion. His crew of workers is fantastic, coming when they say they are coming and cleaning up after themselves daily. Heirloom Design Build made our renovations nearly painless, and we couldn’t be happier with the final product.
