Heirloom Design Build Wins Four Gold, Two Silver at 2014 OBIE Awards

Heirloom Design Build was named winner of six 2014 OBIE awards by the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association (GAHBA).  These award were given at the 34th Annual OBIE award ceremony on November 8.

The OBIE awards are renowned for recognizing excellence in the homebuilding industry. Heirloom Design Build was honored for exceptional performance in green building, architectural design, overall construction quality and urban revitalization. 

The GAHBA and the Atlanta Sales and Marketing Council granted the following gold awards to Heirloom Design Build:

  •          Best EarthCraft House of the year – 2,000+ square feet
  •          Best Green House of the year – 2,000+ square feet
  •          Single Family Builder – Best home of the year – $650,000 to $799,999
  •          Single Family Urban Redevelopment/Revitalization of the year – Detached Home

$700,000+

Heirloom Design Build was granted the following silver awards:

  •          Best Building Design – $750,000+
  •          Single Family Urban Redevelopment/Revitalization – Detached $450,000 to $549,999
