New Neoclassical home won EarthCraft House of the Year. This two-story house is equipped with a full-functioning basement and a 2-car garage. Located in the Inman Park neighborhood of Atlanta, the house faces a magnificent landscape of the park.
Project Features
The 1800's feel of the home contributes to the revitalization of historic Inman Park. The first three floors of the house have a traditional style and the rear of the house feels like a more recent addition. Behind the house, the zero-entry pool with an elegant water feature brings the sound of sheer falls into the living room.

EPA Energy Star Certified Home, EarthCraft Certified Home – Gold, NGBS Green Certified Home – Gold, Department of Energy Net Zero Ready Home, GA Power Earthcents Home, EPA WaterSense Certified Home. The home achieved a 50 HERS rating.
