What once was an unfinished basement is now a functional and modern living area with several spaces for daily use or function as a suite for out-of-town guests.
Project Features
The basement transformation now features a family room, mirrored home gym, modern theatre, full kitchenette, full bathroom and a large guest bedroom. This new livable part of the home has hardwood floors throughout, modern lighting, extra storage closets and custom beamed ceilings. The fireplace in the family room gives this basement renovation a warm and inviting atmosphere. We used this home remodel as a case study to show what we can do for around $100k.
