The Atlanta Beltline is a massive urban redevelopment project that will provide a network of public parks, trails and transit along a historic 22-mile railroad corridor circling downtown and connecting 45 neighborhoods directly to each other. Heirloom Design Buildis the very first business to adopt a Beltline segment! Northeast Segment #1, 10th St & Monroe Dr. to Drewry St. is currently in construction to become part of the Eastside Trail, a 2.5 mile long segment of trail and linear green space that will start at Monroe Drive and 10th Street and end at DeKalb Avenue.

Santiago  Menendez Gil was born in Mexico City, Mexico and lives and works in Atlanta. He received his BFA in Drawing and Painting in 2010 from Georgia State University and has participated in numerous group shows as well as public art displays. Menendez works at Stratosphere Skateboards and lives in the Old Fourth Ward, keeping him very in touch with activity along the Atlanta BeltLine.
