So what is Faux Beam?

Faux Beams are replicas of authentic wood beams. It provide the look and feel of solid wood beams while at the same time being much lighter, requiring less structural support for installation. Basically you can’t tell the difference between a faux beam and a real beam until you see the inside. You get real shades and colors, even worm holes, that a real wood beam will have. Faux wood beam eliminates the worries of rotting, splitting, warping and fading without sacrificing without sacrificing the look of real wood.
