Project Summary
Heirloom Design Build was hired by the homeowners to design and remodel their existing first floor bathroom. Our goal was to create an updated design that would maintain the historic 1920s craftsman style of the home while adding a more current aesthetic appeal.

The remodeled bathroom emerged with a much more elegant look, featuring polished Carrara marble mosaic floors and beveled white porcelain subway tile walls.

Heirloom Design Build also made the bathroom more functional by opening up the floor plan, installing tiled cubbies for storage, and adding energy-efficient fixtures and an instant hot water heater.

This Candler Park family loved their new bathroom so much, they asked Heirloom Design Build to renovate their upstairs master bathroom as well!
